What BRAND units do you repair?
We repair and service all brands.
I have allergies or asthma can you help?
There are several things we can add to your unit to improve your air quality inside you home such as a complete system duct cleaning, UV light to the kill bacteria, or an eletrostatic air filter,and in some cases a whole house humidifier installed on the system.
What is a video duct inspection?
We have a special built camera that fits inside your vents that will go down inside your duct and you will be able to see everything on the monitor in real time.
How long does it take to clean my vents and ducts?
The average size home takes about 3 hours. We also clean dryer vents for free with a whole house duct cleaning.
Some rooms in my house are hotter or colder than others?
This is a common problem, the air is not balanced in your home.
We can add dampers to help with that or on larger homes we can install a zoning system.
How do you figure your bills for repairs?
We use up front flat rate pricing. You will know what it costs, in writing, before we do the work. (No hidden charges) and always free Estimates for Repairs or new systems.
My unit does not work. What will you charge me to come to my location and look at it?
We only charge a diagnostic fee ( to tell you whats wrong ) We never charge a trip or truck charge within a 30 mile radius of Liberty.
How long is the warranty on repairs?
1 year on the parts replaced. (Unless the unit is covered by factory warranty).
Do I have to buy a unit from you, to buy a Energy Savings Agreement?
No. You can purchase a Energy Savings Agreement from us, no matter who you originally purchased your unit from.
Is Heating and Air all you repair?
We do all kinds of Handyman work. All those little chores that are to small to hire out to big companies. We also do yard repair and maintenance.
