Energy Savings Agreement
 We have 2 different types of maintenance plans we have a 1 time clean and tune 1 system for $74.00. And we have a 1 year Energy Savings Agreement contract for $129.00, second system $52.00. We come out twice a year once in the heating season and once in the cooling season. We have one of the most aggressive energy savings agreements in the industry.
(Residential units only) - Commercial units are priced per job.
 This maintenance agreement helps customers lower their power bills.We will keep coils clean, motor oiled, belts changed, but most of all we keep track of your system operations. We record compressor and fan amps, we track your Freon pressures so we can prevent most break down.
We are planning by the end of the year to be able to offer a full monitoring service that will notify us if your system stops working. (Available only on select systems)
